Already proposed before, as title, much info already outdated (many WLs have gone back) for newbies to wade through. Just click on "New Thread" top left and enter appropriate title with detail. You probably have to bring over the WLs List etc. As thread starter, hope you can reward contributions with upz to motivate (also zap when required - no need leave nick).

For General info: Sammyboyfor will zap for "off topic", "[tagged]" thread and wasting band width with -6 with nick "sam". Reversed zapped (eg +1000 to -1000) for profanities, clones etc.
