The rule is that customers are not allowed to bring in any form of alcohol. If the OKT knows, he will forbid it as if spot check by AV, big trouble.

It doesn't matter if you are regular there or not to the OKT cos if you are regular, then you already knows the rule and will not take any actions that will cause them to have problems.

Drunk customers depend on the OKT. Again, it doesn't matter if you are regular or not. If the OKT assess that you are likely to cause trouble being drunk, then he will not let you in.

Yeah, its AV rule. Once I ever bring an empty bottle in, after finishing it and throw in the dustbin in the house. The OKT take out the bottle and threw it outside the house dustbin. Another occasion saw another OKT do the same thing from another customer. No form of alcohol in the house. Thats the house rule, but then if want drink, don't get caught. Same like want do RAW, don't get caught.
