I dun need so high end as that costs a lot of money for what is essentially the same type of massage. No need frills as I am not keen to pay the high end rent for the landlord mah

Go for a good traditional body/foot massage at clean joint, $30-40 for foot/hour or $50-60/hr for body, after that can go legal house or visit those from dome 1-4.

You will never get "special" services in those places.
From the Indians perspective these places are viewed as an equivalent of the Western clinic / TCM we visit when we are not feeling well.
In fact, there are qualified doctors in these Ayurvedic centers.
These places are very highly regarded and you are not allowed to wear your foot wear into the center.
