Aside from local bars, do check out the different hostess bars dotted around the entertainment area.

So after checking into Medgar on Friday paying 2000peso i quicly texted Bro Ziebart knowing fully well that he is in town and not wanting to miss out on catching up with him this time.

So well well i had the honour and pleasure of meeting bro Ziebart. and to be honest with everyone here i thought that i knew the INs and Outs of ACs..... But my 2 days with Bro Ziebart was a humbling experience. Everyone seemed to know him.. Be they the bar girls, mama sans, Bar managers or Bar general managers or even people on the street.

i Was brought to my senses that my idea of AC was my idea alone and that learning never ends. yes it was a humbling experience.

On day 1 i started off at Kokomos (just a resto) to warm up and then went off to Body Shop. Oh missed Suave music lounge in between. From Suave (they had a mexican eat all you can buffet for p500) to Honey Pot and Butterfly... wonderful experience. I liked the way Bro Ziebart involved the girls in the bar. He involved almost everyone and almost everyone seemed to know him and enjoyed the games. He had creative games up his sleeve and gifts for girls who won. While i am still learning from him how to suss up a girl and buy an LD i must add that its gonna be a very long time before i perfect the art.

Finally Bro Ziebart settled with 2 girls for the night while i had my teacher to give me company.... We then hit the videoke bars on the almost paralled street as the girls wanted to sing. Although i had walked down the road several times i had never actually walked into any bars... On the girls insistence we went in and realised that it was 5p a song.

Cheap hor!!! For those of you looking for plush environs look elsewhere..

Finally ended the night close to 0130am

Moral of the story : Spend your money. YOu are here to enjoy anyway. However look for value for dollar. Dun be a typical Singaporean parrotting "cheap cheap cheap" and then spoil market.

That is one of the main reasons why the Ang Mohs hate us..... I learnt that the Ang Mohs rarely tip more than 5-10p to a waitress on Perimeter road and yet we Singaporeans think nothing of tipping 50p to sometimes even 100p.

The Ang Mohs are here.... staying on for several months. So obviously they spend their money wisely. They look for bars that have happy hours and free food ofcourse good entertainment included...

now i am not suggesting that we must do what the ang mohs do. But my suggestion is that we must not spoil market and we must get value for money.

for those who dun value money please will your assets to me Id be delighted.

This morning was crazy. I slept at 0300am (courtesy of Bro Ziebart).... Oh my goodness he can go on and on till 0500am but i could not.

I had the teacher in my room. I needed to send her off by 0600 am so that i could welcome the next girl (a nurse from Singapore).

So I woke up at 0600am ensured that the teacher packed all her stuff and did not leave any traces behind sent her to the terminal and put her on the bus to Manila. Ofcourse i paid her ticket, trike to Dau and taxi from cubao to her home...and yes her breakfast too... But i needed her to get the hell out of my room.

After she had left i cleaned up the room and in about 15 minutes from now i am heading off to the airport to bring the other chick to my hotel...

Hectic life ha..?

You over rate me my friend. I am just an individual who took you on a route that I am familiar and of cos "my home ground". I am a nobody in AC nor even an authority, but I try to help.

I back home now in Singapore and unpacking. I have to start working again if my company has ride for me but if nothing.. then you might see me there before you leave. Hahaha.

It was a real pleasure meeting other SBF bros in AC. Good and fun people all. A bit of caution has set in since the police raids (Me thinks it is more of a shakedown to extort money from the bar owners) in mid September.

Some bars are cautious with the word barfine. Some don't allow it if they think you are a suspicious looking character ie look Filipino. What I was told anyway but some still do it openly. Some of them refined the formula by asking you to buy 12 ladies drinks before the girl is allowed to go with you and one of them sold me a bottle of local whisky at P1400 and the girl left with me.

Despite the bit of caution, it is still fun all round and nothing seems to have changed much. Some bars did raise their prices a bit for both drinks and BFs. But on the flipside, to attract business, some bars ahd happy hours until 10 pm. Good cheap drinks and fun all round.

Was told that there would not be nudity, baring of assets, body painting allowed. Tell that to the Perimeter bars. They seemed to have not got the message. : ) Enjoyed those a lot.

I met Bro OOdn again On Sunday and we had a jolly good time at the Perimeter Road bars.

Ranging from the ones on the Main Road Honey Kos to the ones in the smaller lanes of NIfty fame, there was fun all round.

Yes the ang mohs were getting the girls to take off their bras and were suckling on the girls breasts like there was no tomorrow.

I see quite a bit of police presence in AC along Fields. I guess the intention is to bring down crime and its a welcome presence.

All the bars were open. I checked out Body Shop, Forbidden City, Camelot.... They were all open...

As were almost all other bars.

So yes AC is back to normal. Though some things have changed which may not affect us though. As an example you dun find girls lined up outside bars in fancy costumes touting for customers aggressively.

its more like if you visit the pub then they will invite you in.

If they ever shouted "Sir Bar Cherry" then it was done discreetly. And with most of the girls thinking that i am a Filipino they dared not invite me in.

Though once in.... everything was the Same...
