Btw, this Borini guy is a dud..... how come he always loses out in those one on one challenges? I think it was a mistake to sign him.

Rahim Sterling was easily our best player last night...... BR should drop Downing from the 1st team and play this guy.

Liverpool should also sign up a bomoh from either Thailand, Indonesia or Malaysia (in that order in effectiveness) to charm the goal posts before each game.

My this guy is in a really high payroll in Madrid

he's class, definitely going to improve our midfield if he can adapt to bpl fast... hope we have an option to purchase after the loan period...

with so many central midfielders in the squad, wonder how BR going to play him... guess adam & spearing r the most likely victims...

Raheem Sterling was easily our best player against Hearts last night, he turned the left back inside out.

He had pace to burn, was willing to bring the ball to the byline and cross it in using his weaker left leg or cut in from the left and take a shot using his right leg.

Downing came on for Jack Robinson at left back at around 60 minutes, I heard that Robinson was tired thus Brendan Rodgers wanted to freshen things up. He did reasonably well.

Borini hit the post just before half time after Sterling stole the ball from a Hearts player and cut it back for him.

Precious away goal for Liverpool to take back to Anfield for 2nd leg next week.

That's what our issue for the past seasons! We really need a goal scorer! Suarez is good but sometimes i felt he overdo it! We just need someone with a clean, clinical finish! Just my two cents! Boy, i miss dirk kuyt!

I regretted staying up to watch this match.

Went back to sleep after the 1st half...... KNN I just cannot believe my beloved Liverpool Football Club has fallen to this kind of standards...... and this was not even the Hearts regular team.

If Liverpool play like that again on Sunday they will be massacred by Man City.

after seeing a few matches can feel BR is a very good talker .... but some of his on field decision is a liitle strange ??? is JA injured ??? he not seems to be playing regularly and i wish he blood our youngsters more !!!! borini score a goal for us but his positional play is very lousy he always seems to disappear during the matches he does not get into scoring positions
