Place was already rundown when I visited in July 2013. That time got many people even on week days during the afternoon, counter and canteen filled with male smokers, I could see many WLs walking in and out.

For the increase to RM228 this year which I think is not justified, I would go somewhere else that offer new facilities, more comfortable, quieter, more choice of food and served with much better & friendlier captains.

Not only since 2pm..... my worker who lives in Kulai leaves his home @ 6.15am and usually clears Singapore Immigration by 7am..... have his breakfast at the food court opposite our workplace and always in the office before 8am. However for the last couple of days he still have not cleared Immigration at 8am and reaches the office after 9.30am..... super long queue and on the ball checking by the authorities

It's the coming back to Singapore that is kenna stuck in the jam.
Anyway I spoke to some ICA officers who were having dinner at Woodlands Centre about the current situation..... they told me because "big boss upstairs" is angry and wants to sacked those on duty responsible for the security lapse including the AD of the checkpoint...... they are showing support for their colleagues by "follow procedures" to show those upstairs that the so-called procedures cause more problems than what they have been practicing in the past.

Yup.....tt's true.
Going in is very smooth.....I was forced to bring some important documentation to JB factory yesterday ard 1pm...after finished doing that thought of going to BW for a quickie....but chk my SG traffic apps...traffic was very clear but worry about any jam later....so LL , I drop the idea and head straight back to Singapore.
The jam started at the traffic light just before Singapore Custom.....believe it or not...I took almost 45 mins just to enter Singapore!!!!
Cannot image if you are stuck in between the causeway bridge or all the way from Malaysia custom!!!!!!

I left JB around 7pm last night.. Reached BKE close to 8.15pm.. Manual car.. Was considered ok cos traffic was moving at least.. Much better than the 4hrs jam previously
