For the old aged.. hanging out in kopitiam, or the less well off ones, doing oddjobs like cleaning, waitressing, driving Taxis..

Our country is destined to go to the dogs. Just that our shitty times will not admit it.

I was at the airport a few days ago and was early for my check in. So I walked around and observed. The bookstores and shops were manned by Foreigners! And I noticed that the people who were greeters were also foreigners. The only place I noticed had locals working there was surprisingly Starbucks.

I no longer feel welcome in my own homeland.

Call me Xenophobic. I really don't care. I only feel sad that we as a people have lost our country.

recently our leader said, do you want to hire a foreign CEO for the bank so that he can help create thousabd if jobs for Singaporeans? Or you want to have local ceo that doesn't di well and thousands loose their job. In itself this is a very basis thinking, equating foreign coes with good performance. I see UOB and in fact OUB are both very well run by local CEOs, much better than many foreign CEO that helped DBS loose billions. In the same logic, should we replace our leaders with proven ones like Bill Clinton ?
