totally outplayed... this must be the worst performance of the season...

all our players r half a step off the pace, and our defense is in a mess...

Midfield, what can I say about Joe Allen? While the rest didnt do themselves favour, Lucas was better when he came on...

Attacking, looks like both Suarez and Sturidgge forgot they have a striking partner...

But Rodgers have to take the most blame, for his teamsheet was wrong straight from the start... He has lots to answer today...

GK - jones makes me worried everytime a cross comes in. we need a better backup gk, even villa r having shay given sitting on their bench...

DEF - skrtel n johnson r awful today. esp the way skrtel back off for the 3rd goal, and eventually kenna turned so easily. we need to find a "hyypia" in the summer...

MID - non-existence. even stevie g seems to be dragging a pair of heavy legs.

FWD - sturridge has been disappointing for the past 2 games...

BR - it seems tat 4-4-2 with coutinho-downing on the flanks and sturridge-suarez leading the attacks is leaving our central midfield pair of stevie-allen/lucas outnumbered n overpowered by opponent midfields...

Is this a div 1 team? Was outplayed by a relegation threatened team. Again our big mouth manager defended his strategy. The defence was simply pathetic !

It is like that.... liverpool play like a very good team for many rounds than after that they will start LOSING.... it is their routine pattern whereby they won't win the title for many years. WARNING to the punters that don't always support liverpool... they will drain your hard-cashs very FAST! :P

Could not believe how poorly the team played. Everyone was playing half hearted. Southampton was the deserved winner.

was so disgusted last nite i juz off the tv after final whistle n did not bother to post here.

was not totally surprised that we lost. afterall Saints was expected to go all out to avoid relegation plus Pool is known for its inconsistency, n notoriously a 'punter's nightmare'. but i expected at least a good fight fr our boys esp after the past few good performances. we did not have any midweek Cup matches so no excuses for fatigue! rather i think it was more of complacency n a lack of heart.

even if we suay suay dont finish among top 6 i hope we would at least finish the season above EVERTON!

we were pathetic,even school boys defend better,lacked organisation,outnumbered in midfield,lucky to be only 2-1 dwn at half time.the premiership is all abt being consistent.sadly we lack that.well back to the drawing board.

The Anfield stopper stars in a couple of videos which were released on Monday for a new short-film called “Invictus, el correo del César.”

Made by award-winning Spanish director Javier Fesser, Pepe Reina dons classic Roman garb as he plays the role of a soldier in the light-hearted short movie.

The film is being bankrolled by insurance company Plus Ultra Seguros, who also use Reina to front their advertising campaigns.

Still remember Owen left the club and Liverpool won the Champion League that year. Rafa was the new boss. Owen do not have Champion League Medal. I'm sure he regretted leaving Liverpool.

Although Liverpool was fifth in the league but are Champion League winner (2005) UEFA amended the rule to allow Liverpool to defend the title.

Would say is tough to be a Liverpool fan these few years.
