Might be your body system weak, might also be early sign of any sexual disease. Suggest you to visit normal doctor and get medicine for your fever, throat and ulcer first as well as drink more water, if still feeling unwell after a few days of medicine you should get yourself check for any sexual disease.

This sounds like you are just heaty. Since it’s already 2 weeks since your last massage, you should have developed some symptoms on your genital (fastest is 1 week) , if nothing wrong with your little bro then is quite unlikely u have contacted any sexual infection/ disease. I ever asked the doctor before during my yearly check up as well as check up for any sexual disease as I chiong quite often, doctor did told me every human body is different, some people might show early sign of sexual disease illness faster than other people if they really have it.

Anyway i'm not a doctor, so the best is to go for check up to ensure one is free from any sexual disease illness if you chiong quite often.

I used to have one chiongster buddy, he didn't even know that he got STD till one day he also went to check up with me at DSC clinic and end up he realized that he had Chlamydia infection. Luckily found out in time and antibiotic and few jabs is able to save him. Yeah some are just carrier. But i heard most of the carriers are females. Normally males will show symptoms. Perhaps your buddy was in the very early stages of infection when he went for the check up?
