Just clear things up, the so call "NORTH" part of the city is called KOTA or the golden triangle or chinatown...which sit between central, west and north Jakarta.
Is most of the vise actions are.
So when people say North Jakarta, they are referring to the KOTA area.

The price for FS is negotiable but Chinese masseur cost more and they are more mercenary. If you took a local you could get for 500-600k, not inclusive of spa/massage fees.

Myself, i don't like getting FS in massage joints, because the masseurs tend to lie and make excuses, and negotiate while they are holding your dick in their hands - it doesn't give you much bargaining power. I just usually stick to HJ ending.
