BTW, remember you ask about the spotlight in NPW. Ytd. I ask the manager. He dell me. Its a cummunity service by NPW woh. Thats why the spotlight is not switch on all the time. Upon request only.

I believe that there are some whom provides this kind of service but of course you would have to charm them with your personality. A trust must be built first! Overnight charges ranging from RM300 - RM400 if i'm not mistaken as I've never tried but through listening to senior cheongster's experiences.
