just need to know for newbies is you need to pay so much more $$$ for so much lesser fun compare 4 years ago if you want to have KTV fun.

There are still Hongkies coming over CP as there is still a direct transport from HK.

The 4 龟婆 or pimp will not be walking along the street to look for potential client if CP is completely dead.

HJ Massage is still available but it is not address by the massage company. The 技师 will be the one checking with you after a certain time of conversation.

more and more massage companies are open even in CA

Foreigners will be at the advantage as they are more comfortable doing it.

there are 4 massage companies that provide HJ along that sketch of road, 中原街

We will not return if there is no fun in CP.

Many nice food too like what you mention.

Last time only one Starbucks Coffee and now 2 Starbucks along the street.

Starbucks will not venture the second outlet if CP is a dead town and no economy blooming there.

In cp now. I just went to the new mall where the 2ND Starbucks is. The entire place only left Starbucks and the cinema is operating. The whole 4 storey of shops all close down! Even restaurants.

Overall the situation is that there is an oversupply of office and commercial shop space in Changping.
Weekday crowd is not as much as in the glory days.
Only weekends are packed with visitors from Hong Kong and nearby towns/cities.

yup, strange sight.

just do not have any human crowd there.

There was still a few eating places at 4 floor without a single customer when i was there in Nov last year.

Starbucks still survive.

Looking at the price of the coffee it is about the same as SG pricing but the earning power over there is not there compare to SG

People still can afford.

In CA, at times there are long Q with local and not foreigners

Thanks bro. Strange that the restaurant has gone downhill in terms of flavour and taste. Maybe the original owner has sold out and gone elsewhere. Very sad indeed. Another good memory of CP gone.

Business is very bad in CP nowadays. Many business cannot servive.

The reason why all shop close and only Starbucks cinema and hp shop open is cause I heard the rest of the shops and landlord is getting into lawsuit over rental.

CP is recovering very very slowly with the sex industry I would say.
If it’s the economic of CP, it’s definitely declining.

Many shops are closing down and rentals have been going down for the last 3 years.
