Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings

It is obvious a change is needed, be it in tactics or any other area.

Jurgen Klopp's Borussia Dortmund is presently in 16th place in the Bundesliga.

However, should he make the switch to Anfield, could he influence Reus and Mkhitaryan to move ?

Definitely a change is needed . For a start BR should drop certain players for the next game.

1) Mignolet
2) Lovren
3) Johnson
4) Coutinho
5) Mario
6) SG .

To be replaced by :
1) Brad Jones
2) Kolo
3) Manquillo
4) Lallana
5) Lambert
6) Henderson

Liverpool should revert to 4-4-2 diamond formation. No need to play attractive attacking football. Important to get a result. As for SG switch him to a No 10 role. Emre Can should play the DM role.

Just wondering is it a curse to raid saints for their players

Arse got chambers and they struggle
Manure got shaw and they struggle... Shaw got injured and they rise up the table
Pool got 3 from saint and is struggling the most

Then who would you have dropped in place of Coutinho. Coutinho may be hardworking but he is still nowhere close to the form he had last season.

At least they are way above Liverpool in the table.

Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings

I remember when the ECL draw was made, many pool fans were elated cos we had a relatively 'easy' group of RM, Basel n Ludogorets.

Ludorogorets who? Never heard of. Probly some teams from the second tier European league. Basel? We played them before but they should not pose a big problem. We'll likely struggle against RM but we should still finish second easily.

Fast forward, after 4 games we are fighting for our dear lives together with Basel and Ludorogorets. And in a few hours time, we could be walking out of the exit door!

Pls do not visit the point exchange groups giving the impression you are keen to exchange points but disappear after one post. Or promise to return points but did not do so after months.
Min 5 pts for exchange.

Yes I am very happy Lambert scored and he came good. This shows all along that BR's selection of some players is flawed. Now BR have GOT to play Lambert. Liverpool let in 2 poorly defended goals. One of which is guess whose fault is it. Has Liverpool forgot how to defend? BR still have not fixed the defense.

P.S. SM really have got to go.

Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings

In my opinion, it is extremely unlikely for Liverpool to see through the group stages.

Another bad performance and I'm not quite sure what 'Character' Brendan was speaking about.

Pierre.

I only saw the highlights. Even in the highlights it was clearly SM's fault. As for the second goal which came from a set piece why no Liverpool player rose to challenge the ball ? This is a game in which Liverpool should have got all 3 points but throw it away thru silly defending. Why doesn't BR play Brad Jones ? Why he continue with Johnson ? I thought Moreno did well on the left ? It just shows BR doesn't know what he is doing.
