Not to worry I was just there on Tue, as I normally travel alone in batam, IMHO I don't feel any much differ from those days when there are jackpot,
yes on the overall the whole batam are hungrier but most still know that if they get too out of line, Singaporean will avoid going there & it will cost even more damage than any good, therefore as long as you treat them with some form of respect & don't act as if you have a million bucks to spend (you got what I mean) than you be fine.

I just went there yesterday for an overnight bonk. Basically still the same run-down, lousy food, not pretty girls. sian..

tks bro. for the reassurances. Dun noe wat and why suddenly so kiasu liddaat. I been to batam for yrs , almost every weekend. speak bahasa fluently and last time like second home.

Will try to pay a visit soon to see how things hv changed!

Run down? Yes. What to expect from indo people who form the govenment. Care abt their pocket more than the general public. No wonder you got so much resources and dono how to use them properly. tks for the advice bro. Dun need to be so antagonistic with yr comments i jus asking advice and never claimed to be a bigshot. In reality, i am unemployed, broke and heavily indebt so pride and ego is not impt to me and neither will it put food on the table.

My point is that i noe batam's economy strives on gambling and corruption and obat, and of course the sex tourism industry. But now that main source of income is gone from gambling, lots of locals boh kang cho rite. Immigrasi and polisi oso have nobody greasing their fingers. So naturally, ppl become "hungrier" correct?? My frens who still go batam tells me that even , say you walk into Pacific disco with cewek, the security all "eye big big" when see u Singaporean when last time they wouldnt even bat an eyelid. So my concern is whether they are targeting Sg ppl now to "make up" for the lost income.

Just talking and asking around okie. No need flame ppl for nothing, unless u yourself got a bug up u noe where!

guys, what time do the KTVs in Batam open? Any good ones to recommend? Need a quick pick up after golf at about 12-1pm and bang her for the afternoon before heading back by 8pm. Thanks!

Alamak bro! afternoon where got KTV open in btm one? Those ceweks all still kooning and onli come out to play at night la. I reckon batam ppl are kinda like "vampires' bec they sleep during the day and onli come out to play at night. This is oso bec those in the line all dazed from ecstasy so surely they sleep during day time.

Last time i remember u can get ceweks at Planet KTV if still early morning say abt 9am to 10am. They party all night long and eating obat they cannot fall asleep one until very late. But u play golf shd be at Nongsa right? there is no action there at all and even taking a speeding taxi to Nagoya will take u 45mins ride one way! Susah lei! Maybe other bros can give u better advice and inputs! Cheers!
