The rate is ard 1350 kyats for a dollar.
You don’t normally get the best rate at the airport. You can find money changers easily at the market place by city mart or at the bank.
If you want to exchange near the airport, there is one at ocean super center just few mins away from airport.

Just came back from Yangon a few days ago. Went for 3 nights and hanged out at 2 places, Emperor and BME club.

Only a handful of WL/FL in BME, but you get to check out some real hot local chicks.
