I no professional in Batam. Just a seasoned budget visitor there. I gave up my job last week to concentrate on my charity work in Philippines. So i use my free time in Singapore to visit other places.
Tomolo to Thursday I will be in Batam again and Friday to Monday will be in Penang. Tuesday next week will be in Danuk/Hatyai till 26th. Then to AC on 27th for 8 days.

LOL.... I guess you could be right. I am not experienced enough to get to that phase yet. Hope I can maintain at that 500p tipper bracket and not be branded as a 20k customer. But then again, 20k for 6 persons is not too bad I think. I mean, each is forking out 3200p perhaps? (my maths is bad, and i am lazy to take out my dinky calculator) It is not like we were shelling out 20,000p each.... that would be suicidal.

I agree with your viewpoint and perception. But the bar will still rank you as the 20k spender.
Bars have standard "treatment packages" to get you to justify your rank and its well rehearsed and they will work as a team to help you "LIVE THE DREAM". Even if you walk in alone, they will try to help you justify your "rank". If you do not deliver, then you will be demoted accordingly.
Remember, its "LIVE THE DREAM" and the bar is there to help you experience it with their treatment packages. Its all about money. Once you run dry, they move on. Nothing personal.

Staying together will not endear you to the girls, when they know that you are 'bumping' in one room .. ah come on, spend a bit, like 50$ and get a seperate room ..

and if and when you meet your love of your life, you dont need to share her .. unless you are the gangbang type .. (which is a bit grey area as most if not all pinays don't like gang bang .. )

Sometime spending much more doesn't mean you are getting respect in fact it may invite some kind of hassle everytime u walk into that bar expecting u to buy drinks for mummy,waitress,girls,tips etc.

Highest I spend before is 14000+peso with 10%discount in body shop.with 1 buddy only from 3-7+pm.cannot remember how many glass of rum coke,vodka red bull,gin tonic and sml we drank.dunnno how many ld I had bought but I sat with 7 gals.about 5 at one time in my arms,legs,body left and right was seriously having a good time and I barfine 5 out and continue party at orchid inn pool swimming,then to sky trax got a VIP seat and open 1bottle of chivas for me and my buddy and plenty of sml for the girls.that night was 1 hell of great time like those super tycoon in the movies and even the guys in skytrax look shock and jealous having 5 girls holding on to me.

I believe its a once off experience and lots of cheongster have one.

For AC that kind of money is over the top....... most cheongsters would average 3200p for a party of 6

Totally agree with you....... I used to be swarmed by the gals whenever I pop into Insomnia because my 1st two nites there I rung the bell on both nites and bought LDs for everyone

Interesting about the ranking system.

Well, I guess I have to count my lucky stars that it was the last night for our trip to AC so no chance of a "repeat bleeding" of our pesos. Also, 3200p for 6 cheongsters? Wow, I don't think we can ever get around to spending that little. We all have too soft a heart to say no to so many requests for LD. And based on the ranking system, we would probably not going to get the kind of enjoyment we had with our 20,000p spending. Hahaha.... please do not misunderstood my statement. I am not trying to show-off or anything like that. Heck, by any of my standard, 20,000p is indeed a lot of money. Just that.... I thought it was money well spent (even if it is on the high side). Will be more prudent in the future.

Not the first time bro ... just thinking of getting a villa type of accommodation, $$ is not the issue ... i believe it is a different sexperience all together ...

Actually Its not a bad thing after all,the next time u cheong with your kakis in sg,that experience may remind u to budget your spending more while at local place cos u will think that amount of money u spend in sg can do what kind of wonders in angeles city.
