The pub gals n freelancers r not controlled by okt.
So its best u make clear to them the time to leave the next morning. The best pay them only in the morning. You got to negotiate with them on this.

For convenience its best to stay around st136, either lux hotel (quite expensive) or lance court hotel (us20-us30), or stay angkor international hotel (us25), the pub areas. At night just walk at those streets parallel to st136.

As a first timer, its best to charter a tuktuk at night around 9pm, pay them usd10 (negotiate with them) and ask them bring u to ALL the redlight areas, eg starting from wat phnom (go 2 times round the circle), then to the riverside pubs (zig zag all the streets parallel to st136, then proceed to HEART OF DARKNESS and Pontoon, and then proceed to nagaworld casino ( the freelancers hang around at the lounge next to the membership counter. U may also drop by DARLING DARLING next to the casino toilet)

Take note that most tuktuks may not be familiar with roads etc, so its best u guide them using yr GPS.

USD 10 for a full tour of the nightlife district sounds too good. And this includes waiting time if you drink for an hour at a pub? Also checking if Uber, Grab works there ?

Thanks for reply & ideas bro. In AC used to barfine quite early before she get taken, bring back for a quickie, then bring her party party until early morning then go back to room for more fun. Is this normal in PP?

Since u dont mind philipine gal, then i guarantee u wont mind cambodian gals. Generally i find cambodian gals more pretty.

As this is going to be yr maiden trip to phnom penh, for gd security n reasonable price, u may stay in Angkor International Hotel at usd25 a day with simple breakfast, angmo love to stay this hotel. U can email them to place yr booking or u may bk fm bookings.com. This hotel is also near to st136 and is also next to a motorcycle rental shop. U can ask reception where to rent bicycle.

Cambodians love to jack up their price when dealing with foreigners, so must bargain. Generally, LT from pubs is usd50 + barfine $10. Sometimes the gd ones may insist on us60-70 plus usd10 barfine. U shld not have any problems finding pretty syt as theres alot of gals to choose. Supply exceed demand.

Chinatown, near the bus station, and near asia hotel have many chinese restaurants, nice food at reasonable price. Around here also have ABC salon with pretty gals to wash yr hair, i heard can ask for d gals hp and strike a pte deal.
