They already have a water theme park. It is about 45 mins drive from AC on the route to Manila. There is a bowling alley inside Clark Freeport zone + the latest most advanced shooting range in the whole of Phillipines with state-of-the-art technology.
Frequented mostly by security companies and the yankees. Membership is very expensive though.

While I was having a traditional thai massge (authentic got no hanky panky) in Theodore street...... a bunch of about 20+ Korean teenagers came into the shop...... apparently they were on a school trip to AC.

I think they are trying to promote AC as a fun tourist destination for families and the adventurous minded.

The major disadvantange for them is the operating hours. Nobody is gonna go all the way there and then have to leave at the 9.00pm closing time.

Bowling with a teerak in Cental is a great way to build up for the nite. Will have to try it in AC. Guns are not my favorite especially with all the shooting in the world and also more for people who have never shot an M16. Unless I am shooting rabbits , it woundnt be much fun ... but thats very cruel la!

Crazy to expose children to mongers lifestyle. We're (old ) adults and know the fantasy and reality of all these but its not a lifestyle for young adults.

Pattaya Walking Street is crazy , you'll see big groups of women and men and auntites and uncles stoppping and taking pictures right in front of the agogogs and some families even take their little kids into beerbars and drink openly while the kids run around. Hope AC dont turn into that!

I recently stopped into this small hotel in KOREA TOWN (Friendship). A Korean man got all excited and was running around looking for his Filipino manager. Finally the manager showed up and told me I had to leave as this hotel was for Koreans only. I told him I ran a website that booked hotel rooms and yes we had some Korean customers. He said "Koreans OK, but you go now! No Americans. KOREANS ONLY, YOU GO NOW!"

ANGELES CITY -- Despite the support pledged by businessmen in the tourism industry here to increase tax payments to the City Government, establishments here are now seriously considering moving out of the city as they allegedly face harassments and "underground collections" allegedly perpetrated by some City hall officials.

Old-timers in business here said the alleged "protection racket" seem to kill the tourism industry and affect even other peripheral industries "is reminiscent of the 60s to 70s when Faustino del Mundo, then feared as Kumander Sumulong, exacted fees on businesses in the city and province."

They said the tourism industry is the backbone of the city, including its real estate business, supermarkets and most other businesses in the city. They said Sumulong's activities were opposed by then governor Francisco Nepomuceno.

The goons employed by Sumulong were hunted and killed by armed group called the Mankis said to mean Mang Kitong's.

Bar managers here said their investors are now looking for properties to build new establishments on in La Union, Tarlac and Zambales.

According to the managers, their investors can no longer afford to come across with the alleged underground collections estimated to reach P15 million a month.

They said harassment techniques, including the rumors that Angeles City is the source of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (Aids) in the country and accusations of prostitution in bars are now employed by an alleged group at the City hall.

A "mamasan" here said lately, a City hall official at the Sanitation division of the City Health Office stopped the releasing of work licenses of entertainment workers.

Another mamasan said a member of the Business Establishments Monitoring and Regulatory Compliance Office (Besmorco) has informed some mamasans that the licenses will be delivered to the bars and a "fee" of P1,500 will be collected in addition to the P850 that the employees have spent for these.

Managers here have strongly rejected a scheme to collect P50 per day from each of the employees in the entertainment establishments here numbering about 5,000.

They said: this was relayed to officers of the League of Angeles City Entertainment Managers (Lacem) by certain members of the Besmorco headed by Humberto Tayag Jr.

A bar owner here said in December, they have agreed to increase the gross annual sales to be declared this year to support the administration in attaining an executive budget for this year set at P1 billion.

They said this was upon the request of the city treasurer Juliet Quinsaat.

Managers claimed that the group at City hall seems to be determined to collect the alleged "underground fees" from the entertainment workers.

They said their superiors have been trying to contact City hall officials to resolve the mess but to no avail, as Tayag who was chairman of the Acta, had gone on an indefinite leave.

ANGELES City — Police arrested Monday night the floor manager of a popular nightclub here, a suspected “mamasan” and 45 bar girls for allegedly violating the police’s “no bar fine” policy and for working without the necessary permits.

Senior Insp. Kenneth Vega identified the floor manager as Engracia Camero, and the suspected “mamasan” (pimp) as Rowena Ruiz, both of the Blue Nile Executive Club on Fields Avenue, Barangay Balibago.

The two, along with the 45 female employees of the nightclub whose ages range from 18 to 39, were arrested by members of Police Station 4 under Supt. Lusino Tan.

Police said a Filipino-Indian police asset paid P1,500 to Ruiz to go out with one of the girls. He brought the girl to a hotel and had sex with her. This signaled the raid on the nightclub and the arrest of the suspects.

Last Sunday, the city police launched a campaign to stop prostitution in the entertainment establishments, which is blamed for making the city “the source” of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome and Human Immunodeficiency Virus in the country.

Letters enjoining owners and operators and warning them of the consequences were distributed to establishments in Barangay Balibago, Malabañas up to Anunas.

Two things here

1) entrapment legal in spore too for child traffickin, child porn, drugs etc.

2) regardin the second issue guess more oil is required to grease palms n barfines will go higher. I doubt they r seriously concerned about the virus

3) most or all girls r ready to go without condoms.

4) bbbj + cim + swallow is common. If they curtail ac what about other towns in pgils?

There are many stories making the rounds on why Honeypot was raided. Many also mentioned the owner Ray Kelly was detained and is still under custody in Camp Crane. Here is a press statement from the Vice President's Office on the raid and nowhere was our famous Ray Kelly mentioned at all.

FOREIGN NATIONALS NABBED IN SEX DEN BUST

Vice President Jejomar C. Binay welcomed the arrest of 3 foreigners and two Filipinos for violating Republic Act 9208 or the Trafficking in Person Act.

Agents of the Philippine National Police Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) rescued 42 commercial sex workers after they raided a suspected prostitution joint in Angeles City Thursday night.

“In line with the Aquino administration's fight against human trafficking, members of the IACAT (Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking) are working overtime in the investigation, prosecution, and conviction of labor and sex trafficking offenders involved in the trafficking of Filipinos in the country and abroad,” Binay said.

According to Police Supt. Emma M. Libunao of the CIDG Women and Children Protection Division (WCPD), her team and members of CIDG Task Force “Maverick” conducted police/rescue operations at the Sweet Girl Honey Pot night club along Fields Avenue in Balibago, Angeles City, Pampanga at around 9 in the evening.

Libunao said the raid was in response to a complaint filed by Ledillia Cortez of Camp O’Donnel, Capas, Tarlac. Cortez claimed that they have discovered that her 17-year-old missing niece was being held against her will by operators of the Sweet Girl Honey Pot club.

The raid resulted in the arrest of Australian nationals Barry Burston, 69, and Raymond Anderson, 57, New Zealand national Michael Watt, 59, as well as the bar’s Filipino managers Judith Pajaron, 38, and Rossana Almeria, 22, both of Mabalacat, Pampanga.

However, Libunao said the registered owner of the club, Marites B. Relos, was not around during the raid and is still being sought for questioning.

She also said some of the sex workers were recruited from as far as Biliran, Leyte, and Catarman, Samar.

The suspects and the victims were brought to CIDO, Camp Crame and charges of violation of Republic Act 9208 or the Trafficking in Person Act are being prepared against the suspects and the owner of the club.

If I remember correctly..... Ray Kelly was the previous owner of Honeypot, Coyote Ugly and Viper...... he sold off his businesses after he was shot in the face in broad daylight in front of Bresto's about 2 years ago.... he's a lucky man to have survived that shooting incident.
