How do one differential a common mounth uncler and herpes?? i do get uncler once in a while...so are they herpes?? it heals after 3-5 days by itself. tks

Fricking good question. Common mouth ulcer is nothing to worry about and it does not appear as a cluster as you see from the pixs on herpes. Also, vitamin B12 can help to prevent mouth ulcer, pls see HERE hope it helps to solve your mouth ulcer issues. Hann

BTW, I've been following up on this herpes thingy for sometime and have documented quite a bit of unconventional treatments for it. Some forums that I've been participating in actually has people claiming to be outbreak free now due to some oxygen treatment in the eastern european countries. Interesting...

Actually there is one article in straits times many years ago
abt herpes type I and II. The blood test for herpes can be very misleading as it will confuse type I as type II. Type I usually grow around your lips ( cold sores ) while type II is
STD, blister around your genital due to unprotected sex. To be very frank, I did a blood test once only b4 my marriage and was +ve for type I and type II while I am clear for the rest of the STD ( inclusive or HIV ). I was panicked when the doc tell me the result because I nv have any sympton for type II ( blister around my genital ) but I know I kena cold sore on my lips b4, so not surprise I am type I +ve. But the doc assured me that as long u dont have the sympton, u can still make love with your love one without her getting it. The virus will hide in your body and usually stress etc will trigger it. So if you have cold sore or blister around your genital, dont ever make love to your love one. Til date I still dont have any sympton of type II herpes and my wife is 100% clear and my daughter already 7 years old. I got a feeling i might not be type II +ve, guess the blood test got screwed up. But I dont want to do the test again.. dont want to go thru the anxiety of waiting for the result.. Anyway I practise safe sex all the way, so should be ok.

What I meant was what method or antidote you use with regards to your unconventional treatment for normal genital herpes attacks?

Hi bro..juz wanna share my story..

I juz kana herpes 1 mth ago (both 1 n 2..according to blood test). I did use condom but dunno why this time it fail. It din slip...but I din check for leak.
So..juz wanna remind all that...condom is not 100% safe...once kana...excuses like...low risk...won't so unlucky..means nothing. Kana = 100% have.

It's 2005..a brand new yr...juz wanna share my experience so that safe brother can rethink and weight the risk. Nothing I can do to turn back the clock...so juz wanna share to give brother a chance to rethink...

Btw..any1 know in sg..is there any mail list for ppl wif herpes to share experience? Though its not AIDS..but the stress to cope is still there...I always comfort myself that Herpes is not as bad as AIDS / Cancer etc..trying hard to pick myself up. So any brother know..pls. let me know..I really need some kind of support...
