Based on the facts and all, there is no legal ground on which she can threaten you, other than making a false report that you raped or outraged her modesty.

The only thing she can do is to threaten to inform your wife and let you suffer the consequences of that... But there seems little she has on you legally...

That was her initial intent to inform my wife and when I refused to give in to her threats, she went on to make a false report.

i even still kept some of the sim card (use during those time) which still hv those "threatening" msg.. some of the msg is even way back to yr 2000.. haha... these sim card cannot be used anymore.. but still able to see those msg.. think the msg is stored in the sim card itself.. hehe...

You can once you're proven innocent. But like you say she a WL no $ however you can and might consider making her Malu by doing a public apologize with her photo but without your name etc.

Yes normally the police will just sent them off with a warning.

Because I refused to give in to her request and also I stopped answering her call and replying her messages, I heard from my female friend she went to make a report to the police that we raped her. She lied to the police that we spiked her drink and we locked her in and don't allow her to leave. We did nothing as such. That night, we even shared cups and exchanged drinks.

You will regards as a suspect (not guilty) When a woman log a case on a guy or a few guys they are all consider suspect. In another words guilty unless proven innocent.

We are consider suspect (not guilty at that moment) unless case establish toward gal story and we get charge than we are consider guilty still denies than we need to engage lawyer to prove our innocent.

The police will normally grill the gal first. They have tons of such cases everyday ranging from "rape" to loan sharking. They're not very keen in pursuing every case even if it's real. The police also know how to look at the type of person lodging the report and judge is this person trying to pull a fast one?

No worries bro...once the police know her background working in ktv etc, they may not even lodge the case. Anyway, all the facts stand on your side.

i think it is advisable that u remain calm and wait and see what is the next step she is going to do. Dun threaten her back else u give her a chance to stab u further by reporting to the authorites.
