Bro stay out of meds and only use as last resort.
Sex is mind and body. Keep your body healthy with exercise and moderate diet Keep your mind aroused and interested. Sometimes its really because you feel abit bored thats why go soft after awhile. When we are younger they call it siao chong nao (your sperm flood your brain) thats why it overrides the mind and we get erections easily. Now at the age where many things are no longer that fresh the mind becomes less easily satisfied.
