Actually no need discount la, coz this is not a profit making place, just for willing bros to share out the cost which may turn out to be less that what we normally pay for hotels plus we get our privacy. Still thinking of how to incorporate bikini clad maids at the place kekeke imagine each room got cun chick wearing bikini and we can choose which one that we want to sleep in.. slurp..

sure that will be great if u can talk to agent t, even if it is available for long term lease also should be ok if it is big enough to house a few of us during our visits.

I also have 2 extra cars that can be put there permanently once it is fixed.

my 2 cents:

1: Legal Implications:

If its a private owned property and something bad happens(touch wood) who will be held accountable???
how many peoples name can be put into the ownerhip of the property?

2:Maintenance
this involves money. how then do you justify the amount of money each person pays? money matters can make a married couple of 20yrs end the marriage in an instance, i think you know what i mean by this statement

3: Cost benefit
If you travel there often enuff(like 9 months out of 12) then might be good idea to buy property but why not think on the option of a long term lease?

4: Business
running a private club house is a great idea. so why not then run it like a business???

I agree with bro Reaper. Let me share a story....
Last time a group of bros (around 8) who cheong JB regularly (Singaporeans & Malaysians) came up with similiar idea to rent a 3 bedroom condo for less than RM 2K, to be use for overnight bookings, chill out, sleepovers when too drunk to go home etc etc....the concept was very appealing and affordable but end up many problems nobody anticipated. Bros may all be one mind but when the girls get into the picture and starts fighting for everything then it becomes one blurry mess. After a few months everyone was glad to be rid of the place.....
