I agree that having ladies around can motivate more. Ofcuz this is depend on indivual. And it work for me. I use to run around bishan Park and play basketball around that area. Couldn't find anyone.
there are a few time when I run, i stopped after I think 1km but. There are also time when I run 3km non stop. This is due to I follow behind some girl as they jog. I try to keep up with them. Sometime there are hot girl around there.
ofcuz milf work well for me too.

Bro, its been a long time since I last did workout after my injury. At least now still can run 5km non stop for a while. Did some static exercise in between the run also. Need to get back my fitness. I have been aiming for the average timing of 5km in 30mins timing.

Well, I believe those lady who are really sporty will be motivating instead of discouraging and shaming me though. I do really want to get back to my fitness as before. Hate been so weak during my injury days.

Lol. Me too. Especially during running events when the lady overtake me and I will keep up with her pace but behind her. So as to be in her slipstream and also watch her butt. Lol. Good motivation. And once near to finish line, tune up my gear and run past her.

Maybe because the person who created this new system can't do pull up, so its changed to push up instead. Lol. Or maybe they mimic the US army. But US army is doing 2 minutes if I am not wrong.

Pushup is 1 minute for sg.
