Same for KTV, if bros go better check carefully whether you get the real price or the jacked up prices from some promoters or so called friends who also join u ktving but have a cut already in the jacked up prices.

Actually no need any special lobang or people to guide for KTV. I believe u go there ask around the prices and compare a bit here and there roughly you all will also know. Takes a bit of time but if in hurry cant try getting contacts/recommendations from more senior bros.

it depends on how many different girls you want to bring for the duration of the stay. If you are intending to bring different girls every night, then it is better to stay hotel because they will change bed sheet and towel.

If you are bringing only 1 girl, then can consider apt instead because apt do not have room cleaning service. Thus, you might not have enough clean towel for different girl you bring each night

Around 2.5M to 2.6M is somewhat correct. because the market price for fs is 2m and the room fee is 500k for 60min or 600k for 90min. So total add up is 2.5m - 2.6m for the spa with much better facilities... Though it is possible to nego the price down but if you are aiming for those young pretty girl, it will be quite tough to nego the rate down..
