Try the Tawandaeng at Pattanakarn road. It’s more Thai country live music (Carabou etc) and largely Thai crowd. Many tables of group of girlfriends having a girls night out and very easy yo fill up the little black book. Just send some drinks over to a table to make an entry. Tip your waiter an initial 100 baht and he/she will be your messenger for the entire night. Girls even do that too if they want to know you. They are really in the mood to flirt especially after they’ve had a few drinks. But be careful of the occasional jealous boyfriend. Just be tactical a bit can lah. Nice fun joint, better than the Rama 3 branch in terms of hooking up. 10pm onwards should be good.

Actually from Nana Plaza area to Terminal 21 there are plenty of ladyboy FLs. Outside Thermae got plenty. Unless you just want massage then I don't know.
