Having Salah, Firmino, Mane (to an extent) and Trent all badly out of form is absolutely killing our attack. No doubt we are missing Jota badly.

Ali, Henderson and Fabinho were absolutely superb though. Fabinho is the best centre-back and defensive midfielder in the league. Remarkable player. Unfortunately we are sorely missing both Hendo and Fab in midfield.

Thiago and Shaq were quite good. Surprisingly, Bruno was off form last night and/or we did a good job keeping him quiet. United overall were not bad but then again nothing special either, so a draw was a fair result.

The table is getting very crowded now and if we are not careful we might not make top 4 let alone challenge for the title. Really need to get our mojo back in attack and score goals starting with Burnley on Thursday.

Back to last night's game. What do people make of this decision? Still not reached 1 minute stoppage time, Mane is onside and through on goal and Tierney blows for half-time...

I feel the team has actually reached their peak last season before the Covid shutdown. Now their performance is on a slow decline. We can't keep pointing our fingers at the injuries cos it only reflects we don't have a strong Plan B.

Just hope they are able to snap out of this bad run and start putting in some consistency in the results.

Looking at the table today, who would have thought Brendan's boys would now be top and we struggling to even keep in the top 4 after beating them convincingly two months ago.

Probably going to be more depressed tomorrow morning.

If Pool dropped points again today, even maintaining top 4 will be a struggle. It'll be up to JK to come up with something cos with the players Pool has now, it's impossible that Pool is in this predicament. Injuries to Vvd shouldn't be used as an excuse now.

the Anfield fortress is beaten by .............. Burnley and 3 points lost and yes we may drop further down the table now.

and then there are some referee decisions which I cannot understand. how can a hand ball in the penalty box not be a penalty decision?

agree that we are not at our best this season, no excuses...........we can only retain the PL title playing at our very best.

OMG! How did this team go from Champs to Chumps all in less then a season? Its bewildering, obviously something is not wrong and Klopp is refusing to admit it.

Should be quite alot of wrongs...
Injured center-backs with no capable and able replacements, hendo & fabino deployed as emergency center-backs deprived the midfields usual creativity and guile and energy. Can't rely on sick chicken Matip, no doubt he played last night.
All 3 Forwards are going through barren patch and low in form & confidence now..

yeah you right my bad its should be something wrong but to keep falling back on the list of injuries for current form only shows how thin the squad is...
