It is obviously a case of over zealous customer, felt disappointed that he was left high and dry without achieving his objective. This customer kinda of scarily, keep asking Celeste to show him more photos of herself, even though she politely decline him. Given this kind of actions, Celeste could easily reject to meet him immediately. But she still stick to arrangement despite customer constant pressure. Probably it will be good to Celeste to inform the customer earlier (if she sense she will be working late). Nevertheless, it is his choice to continue to wait for her, despite her telling him that she cannot make it. Cannot blame anyone for that.
