Now if i would to give low marks for a WL? Chances of members trying her is high, if he recive the same treatments then pretty much confirm. If not? The member will think i have high expectation.

This is exactly why I said, to try first before you judge a WL. Me, I try already so I can write FR. If you never try then how to write FR?

FRs are just for guide, at least you know what you are getting yourself into. No blaming game here. If I get good service but other Bro get bad service, what can I do? Vice-versa, you get good service and WL give me bad service, how? Not your fault right? I hope all Bros will understand this.
