Some update. Most popular bar scene for foreigners are 136th,130th, 118th, 110th streets and 5th street which go trough them near Tonle Sap river. 104th street has also some action, but Golden Sorya Mall has demolished. I would say that 130th street bars have cute girls. Lady drinks are around 4USD, bar fine 10-15USD. I normally take LT and pay around 50-60USD. Just check your bar bill carefully that they do not put extra LDs.
If you want to meet SG expats then Shanghai bar in corner of 51st and 172nd is good choice. It is more like hostess bar so girls won t be as easy as girlie bars to bar-fine.

Is that standard price? Silly me has been paying 50 for ST and 100 for LT. Ur price applies to all girlie bars?
