last year cab from puduraya was 25/head normal days...but then sometimes must wait quite some time for the other heads to turn up b4 the cab can go....travelling time is about 1 hr

I want to know if can get cab for KLIA to genting. And also travelling time. No need to wait for other heads enough kakis to fill the cab.

There should hv the information on their genting website regarding transportation. alternatively, can contact them to understand the details. Went up 2 weeks back, the service over there seems to improve pretty much nowadays ...

of course the service is getting better. they wanna get rid of those cab who charging more on tourist. Anyhow, you can get genting cab from the counter in KLIA. THere's a limo service from genting if you have worldcard using GP. Alternative you can take a cab to puduraya or pekeliling then to genting.

Check the site but not much information.

I think there's shuttle flights daily by SIA/MAS to KL. Just wondering if anyone knows the pricing and where to get tickets?

Actually time taken almost same as taking a bus ride. The jams and wait
at KLIA is not worth it

From KLIA, the cab ride should be about 2 hours plus on a good day. I strongly suggest u buy your coupon from the airport. Too many touts operating in KLIA nowadays....

The flights from KL/SG is the most expensive ... cos of the SIA/MAS stranglehold of the routes... taking a bus is just a fast and more cost efficient...

You can only get tickets for shuttle flights at the airport itself. There's a specific counter for shuttle flights. Only downside is, you have to queue and hope for either available seats or wait for a no show. So you might be waiting for 2 or 3 flights and not even get a seat. Don't think that's happened before though coz there are flights every hour or so.

Price wise, should be cheaper than the confirmed seats. No idea how much it costs now, especially in $S.

As for cabs up to Genting, I think it used to be cheaper using the touts as opposed to the airport taxis. But beware though, coz it has been reported that some gwailohs have been charged RM500 to KLCC from the airport! You can get a quote from the airport taxi stand before checking with the touts to see which offers the best deal. If I'm not mistaken, my HK friends paid about RM100/RM150 from Genting to KLIA one-way.
