My problem is the condos are sooooo fucking small! If I move to Thailand , I would expect living in a place with more elbow room! Turn around to go back kitchen will need a 3 point turn!
Anyone can enlighten me on regulation on foreign ownership of property in Thailand? Baht really weak now, evaluating if this can be a chance of a worthy investment.

Horrible place imo, girls kinda pum pui like me, and some even gif me tt look "what the fuck asian pochai here'. Sian liao took a less than 5 mins stroll ard the bars and left for soi lk.
I was trying to avoid the similar bad experience at sensations so i avoid amethyst and oscar agg. Went to lady love agg first, small place but can watch football which is only the good thing abt the place lol. I witnessed one syt hassling an american black pochai to ring the bell lol! Turn me off liao after tt and the girl just go thru the motion and ang moh customers also sian sian at there...
After a poor outing at lady love agg, went to office agg bar. Some properties along Sukhumvit Road offers better value. Pattaya some places now a bit over priced and a glut might be forming when all projects TOP within the next 2 years. Again depends what you want to do with your property and how long u wanna hold.

Besides the fact you cannot own land, which is same for most countries, you need to take note of the 51% foreigner quota for each project. Baht expected to weaken further as the protests drags on. So as they say "good bang for your bahts" now! If you interested in Thai property drop me a PM!

Basically it means if I use on average 5 hrs AC per day my utilities bill will be abt 2000 baht per month.This is daylight robbery as far as Thailand is concerned.Normal rate is 4 baht.

Talking about electricity, I am surprised to receive my bill for Nov n Dec are about 500 and 300THB.... Every night air con on from 10 to about 6. During summer, the bill will hit 1500thb.

Wouldn't both setups rely on (mostly) outsourced drivers? Mean, this has to do with business modus operandi.
That is the current way they operate but it wasn't this away when I first met Mr.T many many years ago.... he had an office just off 2nd street and several full time drivers (at that time he was also providing tour guide services) and his supervisor was Tran (the current boss of PTTaxi).... his son was still in school at that time and would come into the office after school to work the computer. (Mr. T and Tran were computer idiots)
Tran saw the good money that Mr. T was making and left to start his own taxi transport calling it PTTaxi Services taking many drivers and clients of Mr. T. (Many of his customers were former Mr. T clients who are unaware that this is different setup).
I have no preference for either one of them as I am on good terms with both men....... so I use whichever is most convenient at that point of time.
