Yes, the news already known in December 2019. The minister who responsibke for it must resign. This has cost us a few billion.

According to the news report, this particular cluster with many elderly (due to the cc and pa activities tailored for them) , several still went out and about as per usual even though unwell As old folks are very free, retired, and have a lot of time on their hands.

I guess the Wuhan travellers was not banned early was also a gamble by the govt just that this one end up in disaster compared to the gamble on giving out the 4 masks to every Spore family. I just read that an Italian cruise ship Costa Fortuna carrying about 2,000 people including dozen of Italians will be docking in Singapore. Who knows what will happen next. Maybe is another disaster gamble not to ban all cruise ships in the light of current precarious situation.....

The 4G government can speed up their digitalization programs when the elderly are no more. Those on PMAs actually can stand up & walk but they don't want.
