No I'm not interested in points, can't even exchange for a glass of water When I was a newbie I think I read more than 50pages, but after I know Pattaya, I find most stuffs online are just as chit chat material not to be taken seriously.

555 I always tell people in Pattaya I'm stupid I dunno anything, I everything small also.

When you have a street with more than 50 bars lined up side by side there is bound to be competition..as long as its healthy competition everybody wins.

My problems are not unique to me. All bars will face bad customers once in a while. Its the good ones we cherish and try to take care best we can. A place like Pattaya has customers from all around the world so we can only do our best.

Anyway for clarification we do not have 3 bars. Currently only have 2 but 1 is put on sale. My intention is to maintain only Goodfellas Bar in Soi 6.

I like kawai bar better coz more space to chill and drink and people watch. But Goodfellas actually has a better location. If you do as you said, to move the front area inside a few feet, i am sure it will be a great place to hold parties.

This is very possible if you can speaking thai keng keng and know how to sweet talk them.
Everyweek 5000 bhat abit diffcult, but if daily meals and kin beer still okay.
And maybe take 3000 bhat a week go outside ST.

Both sentsggirls and zmanz are both not wrong with their perspectives. Imho, business is not easy, and the trouble makers are just a occupational hazard. In LOS, there's the front man with/out business owners backers (aka partners). On local equity, haven't we heard term business lease, even joint ventures? Roger and out, what do I know on running a bar but to hit on the gals?

My take on K6 (only met him once in Mar, over some pints and tcss) is that he's only cari makan or earning a living. And this forum with meetup with sinkies is one linkup or connection with home la.

On soi 6, for the enclosed bars the action seems to be outside. So for GF bar, with good spot nearer pak soi, agree it's a good idea to extend the 'terrace' for view from soi (or customers) side.
