Bro, don't be demoralized because it is only normal. There are days for me also like that. No matter how yummy the WL is and no matter what she do, I still flat liner. I also don't know why.

I have gone to internet and search how to regain power, same old stuff: get enough sleep and rest, excersice, eat fruit and veggies. But some say eat chocolates, almonds, bananas and eggs.
