Been in CP like 20 over times over the last 2 years. Allow me to zoom on just 2 gals, both happen to be busty models in Yihao.
No 1: I knew her more than 3 years ago (it was her second night out when I first met her - checked her Ouya work permit which states the date of entry - she was then 3-7-10). She is now currently being 'pao' by 4 different customers (2 Singaporeans, 1 Malaysian and 1 Taiwanese) at 10000 rmb per month. Yet she could still find time to work, and better still, connect with regulars without the 4 knowing (have seen the pictures of all 4 of them - Some of the guys are quite good looking). Actually, I only pay her 1000rmb because of old time sake. I even get to stay in her house (rented by the Taiwanese guy) and hence do not have to foot for hotel bill. (Used the money saved to buy gifts for her - Think it is only fair as she even cooks for me.) But it is different as I helped her at her lowest point which I will not elaborate.
No 2: This one liked me before but I did not cherish her (One of my biggest regret in CP). She has changed from village girl to one hot babe. I did many things with her, like travel to her hometown, to overseas and really saw that she did this job all for her family which is admirable. She is really a good person/character except for her job. However, she became bored after being here for a year and fall in love with a junkie. I have tried my best, even promise to finally take care of her (of course too late now) but given up counselling her as she is now using her hard earned money for a useless guy. Maybe not so useless as the junkie is the ultimate winner in CP.
I do not usually post but I hope this forms a clearer picture on how much you want to contribute to the economy there. I am still a big contributer.
Many thanks for your comments. It never occurs to me that I should also learn to check my own gal (from Mayflower) entry permit. For her it was her first night out when I met her in Feb this year. Never knew there's a entry permit which I could check as I always find her a liitle experience in entertaining men at KTV; considering its their first time out and first time spending a nite with a stranger in a hotel. I'm be staying at her apartment for the first time on my 4th visit there to see her end of next month. Unfortunately, some of my savings from accommodation have already been pass on to her to send home for Zhong Chiu Jie.
By the way, what do you call this entry permit in chinese?

I call it 'SPOIL THE MARKET' it is because of tis big spender, spending on e gals like hell (mayB thought will make the gal happy, whom in term service him better like BF or HUSBAND), resulting in nowadays CP gals tips went up. We shld don't bring what appears to be here (in Singapore) & bring it over there....
In S'pore, some folk can spend easily 5k per nite jus hang flower or buy stuff to e Gals.
(example only) If everyone start doing so, there will b one day, when we go CP, transport frm Airport to CP will cost 700-1k, Gal tips no longer 3, 6, 9, will b 5, 1k, 2k liao...not to add increase in HTL rate to 500-800 per nite...KTV 1nite 6-9k

i believe it is known as 工牌 ...
it's like a permit or ID card to prove u r working in the joint ...
the date of entry on this 工牌 shows her registration date with the joint ... it does not mean the day she come out to work as a KTV gal .. thus she could have been working in MF for the past few yrs and joined YH 2 day ago ...

I used to Cheong hatyaii and bkk but since left the Thai scene coz of zh,ca,cp. inflation always happen in anywhere once the economic picks up!just like one of the bro mentioned, cp was a cowboy town before! Do y expect thing to be the same as 20 years ago?Pzl has gradually increased their rate with the same level of service but its still packed most of the days.just my humble pair of ear plugs.

Agreed! This gal is so smart that she reads my friend character so well. During the 4 days, she can pretend to be a good gal and not wanting him to spend ravishly on her knowing that he will always gave her whatever is left in his pocket - on the last day of our trip. Somehow, his gal always connect with mine and she in turn share it with me. But, my poor freind just refused to believe me and says my gal is making up story and no such thing. Now, how can my gal read his actions so well?

Why UNNECESSARILY spoil CP - or anywhere else - if you don't have to? I think we all have enjoyed CP as it is for many years and I for one would like to continue enjoying it for many more years.
And as far as China being a big place - yes, of course, but I've enjoyed...and unfortunately also seen the demise of many previously great places to monger i.e. Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hainan, Shenzhen, GZ etc now all only a shadow of its former glory as far as good, reasonably priced mongering destination with enthusiastic service providers is concerned.
I'd hate to have to travel to the inner reaches of China just because CP got ruined too.
