At first I opted for $68, but during the massage she said only $89 can massage 'whole body'. So I guess that Spa is one of those 89 entrance fee shops. Also for $68 I was assigned a level 1 room, not ideal for discreet HJ as got window in the door. Think 89 will get assigned to level 2 where less ppl walk up and down, more discreet.

So I upgraded, and she appeared to be actually from Malaysia. Generally quite cheerful and energetic; bubbly character, seemed quite young too but abit hard to tell for sure when my back was face down most of the time.

Just visited ToTo at Sx Wxxxxxss.

Was recommend the Hot oil massage at $89 for 1hr.
Toto's massage skill is okay, able to give some pressure at the right spot. We were initially quiet with awkwardness until I broke the silents and start to chit chat abit.
After about 40min of massage. GQ asked and proceed. Quotes $80 for HJ and I question why not market rate? was told can do roaming under the clothing. Very big boobs and Toto was very attentive to my 2IC asking where is my sensitive spot and avoided simulating there too much so that I can enjoy more and make my $80 worth it.
