there's some steps/procedures over the internet/kazaa program in documents format available for download which involves daily workout. What jiao qing method, rubbing with jel, massage with hot water, squeeze the pc duct EtC.. and so forth. I find it very MAfaN and quite waste of time so nv really tried. Theres warning oso. The dick will become quite sore if over exert the exercise.. so make sure to follow the steps in document correctly hehe.
