Bottomline -
1) When a reputation score of 100 [wef 3 Jul 24] is reached, reputation power becomes 1.
So ask other Bros to up you and promise to up them back once you have power. Very, very important to observe this.

2) A min of 10 posts is required to gain your 1st rep power.

After that,
When you see a person's posting from the last 2 days, on the top right hand corner, you will see a weighing scale. Just click on the scale and, when a window opens, select approve and write any comments, eg "Hi, bro??? has just upped you with xx points"
That way, the recipient will know who upped him.

To find a person, click on search on the tool bar at the top and select advanced search.
Type in the name of the person you are searching for.
Then it will list all the recent posts by that person you were searching for.

The thing tt u must know tt when u hv ZERO power is tt u don't start upping people. Wait until you have at least 1. Otherwise the receiving party gets nothing.

Pl posts in all 15 threads listed below & so do stay committed for the next 6 months to get yr points & to up others back when u can do so as many us are finding new samsters to up daily.

So far, u only hv 7posts & NOT hv fulfilled the 1st reqt of having at least 10posts. To achieve this, JUST post in all 15 threads of the POINTS EXCHANGE GROUP & instantly within 30 mins u will hv 7 + 15 = 22 posts so fulfilled the 1st reqt. Yr power will automatically become ONE rep power.

As for yr 2nd reqt of having 100 rep points (u actuallyhv 250 already & just concentrate on getting the 1st reqt completed.

Note tt, no one individual can help u alone BUT it's a whole of sbf (mostly all within the 15 threads POINTS EXCHANGE GROUP) & is a collective effort.
