The takeway is either you bao the wl from the beginning of her tenure (if rich enough) or just give her a nice fat tips before she ORD.
Don't waste your money by doing silly stunt like bao the girl just 1 month before she ORD and get mocked by both the wl and okt as well
That amount he spent could easily bring him better ROI if he used it on newer working wls. But carrothead will always be carrothead
