Bro thinking about it i actually meeting a girl in dec but im going via manila. in your opinion shall i just stay in manila and meet the girl there rather or is it still fine to go ac?

I can't advice but my experience traveling anywhere in November December is Bonus time, Manila not exempt

for example, I was fleeced in Puerto Galera once, in December when I ignored repeated Merry Christmas, I was told 50 peso not enough, for normally free transfer, I must pay more or my luggage not going to be put on boat (you have to wade in the water, no jetty ... )

just be safe ... is all I can say.

It would not make a lot of difference as you can only bring in not more than peso 10,000 upon entry unless you declare them.Be mindful of pi currency restriction,you have to declare if you bring in more than peso 10,000 or US$10,000 or equivalent in fc,cash n financial instruments.
