Hi Bro, i've brought a condo 2 yrs back at sukhumvit soi 101 (@city condo, 36 sq/m & 1 bedroom), can check with bros in bangkok how much is the monthly rental commanding right now?

@city, 36 sqm is about 10k, it is a bit far from the BTS. Opp @city, condo S&S is about 13k for 40+ sqm 1 room. S&S provides transport to BTS hourly or half hourly.

Bro MO,

The US Treasury is considered to be the safest investment with guaranteed returns, and it is paying about 3% for its 30-year note. In order to get 6-8%, you will have to be either super smart or super hardworking or both, or do something illegal

I guess 6-8% is possible, but you might need to put your investment capital at risk.

By the way, if you know where we can get 6-8%, please share with poor cheongster like me and Naemlo

Buy properties in Bkk and rent it out, the rental yield is about 6-8% per annual.
