Theres still cheers, only at the beginning after the whistle blows and the dying minutes (right after 90 min) the fans seemed to start roaring.... thats why theres a few matches, goals came knocking in at dying minutes.

We seemed to need someone to lead, and we can ONLY find in Gerrard and Torres seemed to want to take the lead this 1 to 2 matches... then again... hamstrungggeded.....

Mascherano seemed lost in dreamland lately. He CAN be a leader too. Bunnytease got it wrong by placing him there with the 'sit back, wait, defend' role.

Then again, Im expecting a Liverpool win away at bb. BB's losing streaks continues.

Bro Crouch wanted to leave IIRC. And we do need a solid target man now, whatever reasons we sold Crouch.

this is my 1st time and i hope the

ive bought a win ticket for Blackburn $70 at odds at $5
and a pick the score of them winning 1-0 and 2-1 both with $15 each...
deep down-its just that i hate to see us lost any games but i do hope we BUCK UP FOR THE REAL TEST during those boxing matches

wowww .. bold bet bro! i would boldly say yr prediction is POSSIBLE, based on Pool's current form. as i mentioned time n again, lan jiao teams oredi knw how to tackle Pool's style of play. wat BB need to do is pack their defence, then rely on Santa Claus n Mccarthy to counter attack. if they can hold Pool til, say 70th min, they can try to take more risks, apply pressure on Pool in d last 1/4 of match n they may juz heng heng find tt elusive winner. Pool is currently lacking firepower, so once again our 'supporting cast' like Kuyt, Alonso, Babel, Mash, Benayoun (if they play) will need to be at their best to support our misfiring Keane. Of cos it'll oso depend very much which Captain Chia lat we'll c tonite. if he is off form tt'll spell trouble for us.

saying tt, i will still go by my principle not to bet against my beloved Pool lor. i follow most of d live matches so for sure, i wouldnt want to be happy if i win my bet but Pool drop pts. i do take 'traitor bets' on rivals Chel, MU n Arse to win occasionally but my philosophy is tt, 'if they win, they will win. there is nothing I can do to control d scoreline. even if i lose my bets i will still b happy cos d results will augur well for Pool.'

Owen's wages will not be cheap even if he comes back for free. Quite a strain in these credit crunch times. It's also a bit strange to get an often ham-strung player back to replace our ham-strung Torres.

We played a 4-5-1 strategy last year a lot with Torres being the only striker, supported by Gerrard last season. It worked very well with Torres scoring 24 goals. Crouch didn't even make the bench on many occassions so we can't blame him for wanting to leave.

If it's any consolation, I think few clubs will buy anyone with this credit crunch. So it's likely the other top 4 teams will freeze headcount too.

Babel looks much better tonight. As did Benayoun. I thought Insua looked good, much better than Dossena. Great to see our Acedemy's players coming through. So glad Alonso's game picked up after we tried to sell him. After so many hard shots, we ended up with a first goal that resembles a soft pass.

SO GLAD WE WON! Almost wonder if Gerrard will score the last goal.

for nearly 70 mins, BB stuck to their gameplan n held pool well. deep in my heart i tot it was gonna b d same old story again. until Alonso struck. tot pool was abit lucky as d shot was weakly struck.

some critics may say BB doesnt deserve to lose, esp they tio pole n nearly scored earlier on. but a win is a win. had we dropped pts again, it would b a big psychological blow to our title hopes, on a day when Chel n Arse won.
