You calculate for fun only. Too much hazzle for U to bother about that 2% difference.
I calculate, then apply to stretch that little money a bit further. Even it means the hazzle to go Mcarthur for withdrawal. If weather is good, I usually walk from hotel to Citibank to save that measely 8p jeepney fare.
Luckily 2 of my girls accompany me for the 20 min walk, so not that boring.

Maybe I'll check the exchange rate comparison w Spore Citibank card transaction this coming trip.

Confirmed 0 handling fees or any other charges.
Printed out n checked all transaction n balance statements.

Maybe reason is that AC money changers gives lousy exchange rates for Chinese Yuan.

I am taking my daughter to Clark for a connection flight. Plan to stay a few nights in Angeles to check out Fields. I will be staying in the same room with my daughter, only 9 years old. So I like to know if there are any short time hotels around Fields so I can take the girl to. Thank you.

this last trip to AC, i had actually gotten a Philippines mobile num and had a common friend (which was a waitress at the same bar that she worked)
pass her my num. I was expecting that she'd also give me her num so i can contact her when i am there. However, no sound no picture.

Back in the room after i had barfined her for the night, she explained that (i)clubs rule was that she wasnt allowed to give her numbers to her
customers and contact them and (ii)she had pawned her iphone and her current phone (and sim) was borrowed from a friend. I had a look at her phone and she did have my number saved in her current "borrowed" phone. So just before she left, i tipped her 500p (okok..i know its abit too much ) for her to get a new sim card so she can then txt me and i can then contact her on my nxt trip. However to date, still like "mio tv during the world cup"
i.e no sound no picture.

Albeit i jsut chalked up my 10th trip to AC at the last trip, i am still a noob with regards to these Filipinas. So am open to any comments/feedbacks
from the friendly and experienced bros here. Be it advice or criticism, no prob for me and definitely no hard feelings most impt is that we all can
share and learn!
