Update: Nowadays, I like to go to 金至尊 KTV. Now, they are having 空姐 (some of the RMB300 girls dress like 空姐) promotion and all the girls will be standing at 花街 (like CP) from 8pm onwards (during weekdays) and 7:30pm onwards (from Friday to Sat). Yes, this KTV starts a bit late.... 8pm on weekdays and 7:30pm on Fridday and Sat. Another reason I like this KTV is now they are having RMB800 beer package for small room. RMB800 for 3 dozens of beer and total billl will be only RMB800. but be careful, some of the DJs are RMB300. So you need to ask first before engaging DJ. You can request for RMB200 DJ. On top of that, this KTV still has a lot of RMB200 cat girls.... so still very economical and still fun with min damage....

Hmm... Actually was thinking of exploring the route by sea to Sekou Ferry Terminal. As it has hourly trip... Then take car to CA... Heard from my driver that from Nan shan seems near CP and CA by the expressway.... I taking the flight to Hkia tis coming 3 rd april.... reach 6pm.

sorry guys, i am planning a trip to donguan and shenzhen alone. can anyone help me on this. I intend to take a bus from baiyun airport to donguan, i checked out the rate and time(RMB 50, bus starts around 8am)but i cant seem to find which area in dongguan it will drop me off. i wish to find a cheap hotel where they drop me.

Dongguan is a city.
You've to be specific in which town you want to go in Dongguan City.

The fastest way is to take Metro train from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport to Guangzhou East Station.
Then take CRH train from Guangzhou East Station to Dongguan (Changping) Train Station.
Duration from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport to Dongguan (Changping) Train Station is about 105-120min.

Private transport from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport to Changan or Changping is about 120min.

As for cheap accomodation in Changping there're various budgets.
What's your definition of cheap hotel?
Can be from ¥40-80 range. ¥100+ range. ¥200+ range. ¥300+ range.
