brought back 2 girls back to hotel at 10pm.

Totally agree. A man's action means more than just their words. I am also a cheap charlie when it cums to best bang for the buck but will never go cheap when it really matters.

This is a very reasonable advice to any newbies or seniors that may have forgotten and take things in AC for granted.
Always remember when setting your rules to watch their reaction as many will lie on the spot. If they make faces or protest then its already a bad sign all your rules maybe forgotten or ignored once back in hotel.
But always up to you to make final decisions (good or bad).

Agree on both points. The IJM are no better than the NGO that have infiltrated many SEA nations with "do good intentions" but many outcomes have been worst than before their "help".

Yes, corruption is the main problem along with the damn Catholic church and their teaching that having as many babies (that you can't support) is OK as birth control is a sin. Many of the gals in AC are not sex slaves as many Intl reports will have you believe. Its all just someone seeking a "job" for income to feed themselves and family and many are just doing just that.

If it only cost a dollar more each time I use the ATM then its still a "cheap insurance policy" against cash lost/theft" --at least for me.
