Actually all of the above are applicable. An even keel implies balance. As in a balanced scale. If the keel leans too much to one side, it is off balance.

Well, I'll see if I can get anything nice and I'll let you know. Btw, Anything in black, red or a shade of purple ok with you? Saw some in Mark's and Spencer's that were alright. Any violet objections if I find one there?

Nah, i never had the ability to conjure images of "objections" that appear in the shade of purple... Neither will i find M&S detestable Black, red, purple..... As long as it dont scream "GRANDMOTHER!", i find no reason to find the bra distasteful!
