The reason why I only recommend CP and ZH for a start is because the mainstream travellers can accept them better.

was on business trip to Taipei and had a great night out at local KTV namely Longson. we engaged with 4 nude sweet Taiwanese meimei. spend 2 overwhelming hours.I must say Taiwanese meimei just like replica of Japanese girl. including a bottle of whiskey.

Most ex KTV are in Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia (high class in Jakarta), Shanghai, Hong Kong

Mid price Singapore, Vietnam

Low price South China, Macau

This is my personal experience, I am comparing high class KTV so basically it is comparing apples with apples,
please feel free to provide comments and feedback.

Bro, care to share the detail structure of the cost... Is it NT2000/hour/pax all you can drink? How is the decor and the sound system ? Does it has toilet inside the room ? The gal quailty and age ? What sort of whiskey is provided ? any tips for the mami or waitress ?

KTV in Korea can be cheap if you have local bring you there. I was there with my colleague and the charges was US$2000 for all in. When I get my local agent brought me to the same place, he negotiate to US$1000. So we cannot speak korean, always kenna chop.

Taiwan to me is the same as Shanghai or cheaper than shanghai at times depending... The one I went in Taipei (DiGuo) is only slightly above what we spend in Nanjing.

Jakarta and Surabaya is expensive. The PRC gal is Rp 1.2 million or close to Rmb 900 per seating.

Hong Kong... I would avoid. no point going to KTV there... might as well go to either shenzhen, macau, or even CP.

Can... Bro Tck is tagging along too... there will be 2 nights. 1 night will be arrange by the local boys which sometimes I do not know the place as they prefer to go to those without 招牌 as they try to avoid 狗仔队 but very expensive. 1 night will be my own party with my colleagues and friends... this april while i was in taiwan... i got really horny...and when ard searching along the streets jus blindlessly roaming ard...till i got thirsty and got in to a 7/11 to get a drink...
i spend sometime over at the magzine area and saw this one wif almost naked gals on it...
it got my interest and i bought it...its call "PLAYER"
its all in chinese and content pics of AV video and other ^^ photos...
but wats really interesting is that they will cover news on latest bonking trends and area to find them....
so maybe when u are in taiwan next time get a copy of it and see wat u can find =]

You sounds very loaded ler. The shop without 招牌 normally very expensive one ler. I tried once, kena whrack like 1.3k per person together with few friends for a night. KNN that amount of $$ can spend like a king in CP for 3 days to screw any pretty chicks there. Ha....

Anyway, it was an experience and lesson learnt lah. Ha.... Besides KTV, do u go normal bar for drinking? I'll be in Taipei this Sat, any chance to meet?

I think the gist of it is that it is very ex to visit KTV in Taiwan. Once two clients and I went to one (cant remember the name) I paid the bill it came up to S$2,000 for three gals for two hours and bring back for one round. After that the gal still ask me for tips. I agree with Bro Skyman, CP is a better deal, with that kind of money you can be treated like a king in CP. But for the sake of trying once is fine I guess, just for the experience.

That's y I never wanna try the KTV in taiwan anymore. Just don't like worth it. CP is a much better place. Ha...
