Went to Manila for some business then take few days check out Angeles. My second trip but first one was 10 years ago so basically like first trip again.

I took the bus from Pasay terminal in Manila and they showed me the bus and the bus terminal in Angeles is called Dau. Very short ride like 1.5 hour then arrived take a trike to Fields Ave 50 pesos.

I went look a few hotels, include Bangkok Hotel, but all cheap rooms all full, I took a expensive delux room at Bangkok at i think 2600, and next day, they told me to leave said all booked and cannot stay over. Mostly Korean customers. The delux room was okay but water pressure so weak, had to go to hair salon to get hair wash.

My next night, went hotel shopping and found Royal Amsterdam nearby, again all cheaper rooms all full and had to get expensive room at nearly 3000 pesos, and again at the price southern China is much much better deals.

My last night I moved away a bit from center Fields and founs a place called Eurotour Hotel at 1400, and room was so so, but I think all the Angeles rooms are quite bad for the value compare to southern China or other south east Asian countries.

About gogo bars. Lots of girls have babies, maybe over half. And not easy to find a good body stunner like in China. 3 nights I bar fined only 2 girls and went through about 20 bars to do that, and both girls turned out so so, service not even close to CP, and only do ST.

I think the girls are friendly and waitresses are also friendly, but the overall quality is pretty bad. I think about the level of Pattaya, but maybe quantity is more than Pattaya. Some bars like Atlantis, Doll House, these show bars have huge quantity, but quality is bad. I prefer mid sized bars like Carousel, Genesis, Camelot, Blue Nile, Typhoon, Pony Tail, Neo's Forum, Car Wash, Love and Music ect, but still quite disappointed about quality. But most girls are friendly and polite and speak from passable to very fluent English, some speak with a bit Mexican cuteness, thats the attraction of Angeles.

Many girls also do not do blow job or insist CB only, so need to ask before you bar fine, one of my 2 refused BJ, said she never do that. So I wasted one bar fine. Mamasans all quite nice and friendly, much more than Thai gogos.

Angeles is okay for a change from China and SE Asian venues, i see lots of old men and enjoy the companions there, but the quality is not on the level as in China, it's the Pattaya level, so to me doesn't attract me much as regular destination. But if you like friendly girls and friednly atmosphere and able to communicate in English, and bar hop around, Angeles still a good place to hang out.

You're not the only one who is feeling a bit dissappointed with the quality of girts in AC. I'm planning to visit Manila and AC in March 2010. I was informed by a closed friend who has just returned on Monday, telling me that I will not like AC as I have frequent Chang Ping, China (I go to CP at least 3 times a year for the last 8 years).

Angeles City is something like a new horizon for me to explore. My last trip to the Philippines was way back in early 2000 and I only stayed in Manila. This time, I though of sopeding 2 to 3 nights in AC. Based on my friends, report (it is identical to yours) most of the girls are below average and with pot belly or at least thicker around the waist line and small on top.

Both you and my friend's report says the same thing as BJ and quality if service. Now I may have second thoughts about AC and may as well stay back in Manila for more days and just spend one night in AC for the experience.

Thank you for sharing info with me in the forum and I just hope everyone is as kind as you are to share. Recently, I was disappointed with some guys in the Evenets in Chang Ping thread "Taurus Heaven". He is one rude and arrogant guy. if you vere get bumped by this guy, just ignor it.

Bro, I been to AC few times, and the first few times, I did get burnt. The rule is, never let your small brother rule your brain. The girls will smell blood if you show signs of first timer, or drunk or are not able to talk .. For them, it is about one less work to do, when they refuse BJ. There have been girls who do a runner after getting bar fined, telling the customer "bar fine didn't include sex', or 'bar fine - but she have mens .. ' and run off to fuck their own boyfriends .. Anyway, these are rare ..

For me - Almost anywhere in philipines, girl will try to push their luck, trying all sorts of things, as sometimes they are just lazy, or not in the fucking mood, but due to pressure to earn money, just turn up ..

The clue is, to make sure the girl is not finding you as an excuse to get out of the bar.

Meantime, I would recommend Phoenix, and more hotels along the perimeter. They are cheaper, and less crowded by Koreans, and, only cost 20 peso or so to the fields.

Following is a must-see for guys heading to Angeles .. And if any girl acts like you are wierdo for asking those questions .. don't worry .. there are many more girls out there ..



PS: Mamasans ? haha .. they will smile as long as you are getting screwed .. but, they do a fairly decent job though ..

Went to almost all the bars at Fields but only a few at Perimeter.

Bars I liked during this visit: Club Asia, Atlantis (also good entertainment value), Camelot, Aura2, Love & Music, Crystal Palace, Ponytails, Genesis, Blue Nile, Neros, Eruption, Imsomnia, Champagne, Rhapsody

The biggest WOTAM: Stargate (only 7 girls & its the furthest bar on the Perimeter)

Fucking Koreans are big spenders & are spoiling the market

Hey Thunderbird, personally I found there are several good looking girls in Club Asia & Crystal Palace but it is hard to make any initial contact & assessment in these big bars to see if the girl u r eyeing kinda fancies u too or not.

So invite her down, most likely she will ask for 300p drink. If it works out, great! But the thing I like about AC is that it is never a sure thing, ie, it is not always purely business for some girls.

Not all the girls will not force herself to go with just any customer. But if a pinay likes you, the feeling is like having a real girlfriend for duration of the bar fine....and more and more and more

Allow me to share with you this concept called PERCEPTION.
For Example:
When i go to Manila and have arranged to meet 2 girls on different days. One have been to Singapore and worked here in a bar for a short while. The other never been here before. And I planned to give each a gift. To make it simple, i give an envelope with 1000p (S$32) to each of them when we meet. Guess what will be the feeling of the receipients??
The girl who have never been to Singapore before will be SO APPRECIATIVE cos for her, 1000p is equivalent to almost 5-6 days salary. Whereas the girl who have been to Singapore will consider you a cheap charlie cos you have given her a value lesser then a ladies drink that she usually sit with a client for 15 minutes in a bar. Cos nowadays bars in TP serve small tray of 4 shooters ladies drinks at S$40.
There may be exceptions and you may have other factors in your favor. Anyway good luck to your trip.
