F with or without paying can be rape if one party is unwilling.

Taking away a person's possession physically from the person is robbery. It's more serious than theft.

Ya! You are also right about that. But the question is, why was she drugged and left there by herself by that person in the first place? The person is the prime suspect. And moreover, he tried the same stunt this morning using another HP number on one of the victim's friends and he ran off when he realised that the gal was contacting the victim.(I was with the victim when her friend called). If he is not the culprit, he has alot to answer. All the clues and evidence points to him presently.
