there's a good wanton mee in people's park? i only know got crazy queue for the yong tau hu there... i was talking abt the one at lavender... the one there always long queue one... sometimes u'll see a person there standing ard asking ppl not to eat there coz they keep rising their price and quality nv improve... but this person still keep standing ard there hoping that the price wont go up anymore so that he can have the same thing at the old price again...

i agree with bro adidas abt wanting value for the money we spend... but for someone to expect the prices to stay, in the current era of inflation, that is just wishful thinking... yes, ktvs shld do more to give value to our spending which is why i say that i agree with SEAJ's proposals for the ktv management... but at the end of the day, some things are just beyond our control so we shld just enjoy while it last, make hay while the sun shine!!! who knows maybe 5 yrs from now CP will be Shanghai price and by then, we wont even have a place for us brothers from all over to come together to meet up and have fun....

Firstly, the clip you showed is about Lan Kwai fong in Hong Kong, which is where most supposedly "freebie" action is at (with only a sprinkling of paid action) whilst the action in CP is practically totally all paid working girls. Yes, there are clubs like shown in the clip in CP - California Red/R2, Mango etc - but even these venues are full of WG's instead of regular civvies.

CP action centres MOSTLY around Hostessed KTV's where girls are available to sit and "go out" with you afterwards, all for a price, Saunas where the only action is full-on sex, BBS's which offers girls as low as RMB150/pop, and with the rest of the girls "parading their wares" supposedly as decent regular girls, but who are actually just ones willing to forego short term benefits for the longer term "Kill" - DJ's at the KTV's, footsie girls, even waitresses/shop girls who are at the ready to pounce on the unsuspecting quarry! LOL

Just all my very humble POV - but I THINK most others in the know will hopefully agree!

LOL! Funny you mention our friend FGG, for we were just chatting a whole afternoon couple days ago; and amongst other things we discussed you and of course my general appeal here. So yes I have said it to him precisely.
And it's still his choice if he will or will not; for one thing old habits die hard but more importantly, he is just a generous guy who most times get extra girls and actually assign some to his guests whilst he Picks up the tab. He does not do it to show off or from a need to let people know that he is well- off as everybody Already knows; unlike SOME others who are zeroes at home and try to become heroes in CP! And I think we all know who these are! LOL

And as for my local friends who goes to ktvs OUTSIDE of cp - errrr... YOU want to tell them???!!! Local PRC hotshots are a different breed. Plus please note that this group of friends never play in cp plus the fact that its at least a year or even 2 ago that I went with them

A lot of debate here and allow me to add in what I think IMHO. First of all, did you really ask cheongsters here to pick only 1 girl? You shouldn't if you did that (sorry lazy to read all the post in detail). Some guys just want to 左拥右抱 so really nothing wrong to call 2 girls. Some even want doublefly... LOL. As for your point on overtipping... my friends and I try to not overtip. But sometimes it is hard. Eg, you like the girl you pick in KTV and want to repeat her next time. If she is hot property you think she will answer your call if you just tip the normal rate? And nowadays in CP not many hot girls to go around. Most hot ones are being baoed...

CP is really getting very expensive, people keep saying it. But people will still continue to go for obvious reasons. You are most probably right by saying CP is now at turning point. From 258 to now 3-8 -12. With only 1 cat to now multiple cat... Demand and supply will determine if this model is substainable and let time tell if indeed CP can continue. BTW more and more friends of mine want to be agent... so you can see the amount of money to be made.

I certainly hope what you say can happen and I will do my part. But in reality you are fighting a fultile fight just like environmentalist advocating us to save trees by using less paper.
